Train has been slowed down by 20 mins between Thivim and Madgaon w.e.f 01.11.2023

1. Now w.e.f 01.11.2023, 12978 Marusagar will be ahead of JS and no OT by JS and Tejas in KRCL . New sequence will be VB - Marusagar - JS - Tejas

I don't know about DOWN train, but UP train punctuality is poor! This train delay lot in Mumbai Route, one day when i coming back from Goa with my friends in this train, because of delay I missed my connecting train to Vadodara. Not Recommend UP train for boarding next train!

Having ample buffer time helps usually.

As it runs on Konkan Section, you should consider extra buffer as the trains on KR usually run with an average delay of atleast 1 hour due to the single section.

Number of Head Office and RAC Quota seats on Central Railway trains running on the Konkan section.
