Well obviously passengers but what are those timings for a 3 hour run journey? They could have started at least an hour before. now the special tag wil scare more in the dark.
Yes. The special tag definitely indicates a more delayed arrival at KGP. May be perfect to go for a morning walk with the IIT-KGP Students!! (Assuming they wake up early)
