WR is planning to run the bi weekly Bandra Barmer express with lieover rake of Jamnagar/ Gorakhpur Humsafar Express at BDTS and also u will find some 3AC coaches of few Rajdhani and Duronto exp replaced with Humsafar 3A coaches.

Humsafar is or can be a faster train there is no doubt about it but in most cases I have seen that 16319 Kochuveli - Bengaluru Humsafar Express trails Vanchinad Express and it overtakes Vanchinad Express mostly at Karunagappalli as according to the TT I believe...... Vanchinad and Humsafar travels neck to neck closely...... Vanchinad being a slow train with more stops and Humsafar the exact opposite..... But the damage is received by the Humsafar Express only as it has to halt a few times since a slow train is on front of it and thus it moves slowly till the time for the scheduled overtake comes.....Thus making the Humsafar express late most times.... Better to make the Humsafar Express start from KCVL @ 5:00pm ( Kochuveli - Yesvantpur Garib Rath slot)
