Agar Ballia hua toh aage badhakar CPR ka dega aur jab Chhapra Gramin Muzaffarpur line bann jaayega tab aur extend kar dega lekin uske liye shayad ek naya rake lage
kaafi virodh kiya tha Ghazipur walo ne isliye extension cancel ho gaya tha AFAIK
