It may happen that pending SRC Locos will be now transferred to TATA. Like 37066. SRC have lack of space. Unless WAP 4s are transferred it will be problematic for SRC to home new locos.

Once saw a tweet from DRM/CKP that ELS has been opened at ROU, it came as a surprise as there was no news of any such plan. We have heard about BNDM ELS expansion towards CKP end instead.

Yes. New WAG 9HC is now homed by ROU. It is the same ELS which you mentioned. It is very close to BNDM. Just 200-250 metre apart.
