yes, its to accommodate VSKP - TATA morning arrival. May be a triweekly ICE from PURI - VSKP can be tries with this slot
for tata-ers there is dedicated train why to extend this train and that too 18189/90 will become daily train
What is this source of information. In any case Tata ERS is going to be daily. Is this your assumption? If done not a bad option as such. At least it will reach with a better TT.
Travelers need an overnight for semi long distance but IR schedule them in day time which is of no use that too Monday morning for end user who comprise 80% of travellers.
Now its perfect for VSKP - TATA travelers. Even 1 hrs late can asily reach their offices and works.
Tata to VSKP lot of end to end travellers are there. Tata -ERS and this train both have ended up becoming day trains now. Tata -ERS doesnt touch VSKP and this one reaches at odd time. Only option available is to go for the Tata-YPR train.
