The train's outside paint is all messed up, man. It's been like that for a whole year and now it's covered in these brown spots and markings. Check out the bus paint, it's kinda whitish. That bus is six years old and might get a fresh paint job in a couple of years. Just so you can make a good comparison, you know?
Now, let's talk about the ride quality. The tinted glass panels on the sides look pretty cool and wider than regular trains. But, man, when I was sitting, I could hear all the noise from the tracks and even felt some vibrations. And when I was standing near the doors, the train was shaking a bit, you know? It's not as bad as those LHB coaches, though.

As for the other features, they got some CC cameras installed and they make announcements on the train, telling you which side the platform is on. But, hey, this ain't nothing new. I remember seeing city buses in Benguluru fitted with GPS and making stage announcements like 12 years ago.

I was going at full speed, 5 out of 5 stars. The acceleration and deceleration were also top notch, 5 out of 5. Left Vskp at 548 and maintained a speed of 15 kmph until 2 km, then suddenly increased to 100 kmph. Slowed down a bit to change tracks to the VJA line and then maintained a speed of 90 kmph. Went above 100-110 kmph, 3 km before crossing Divvada at 608. Made it to Anakapalle at 618, going at a speed of 46 kmph, which is the speed limit there. Quickly accelerated and went at 90 kmph on the bridge on Sharada and the curve, which is the speed limit. Cruised at a speed of 100-130 kmph throughout till samalkot with some slowdowns and pick up in speed. Thrashed the River Tandava bridge and Tuni at 130 kmph and reached Samalkot at 722, 9 minutes late. Overtake the East coast express at Pithapuram, which had stopped at 658 when I was 18 km away. I maintained a speed of 110-120 kmph with some ups and downs for those 18 km. East coast express could have been taken to Samalkot for overtaking, but it was sidelined to make way for the Kakinada bound Gowthami on PF 2. Finally, arrived at Samalkot at 729. The running time given up to RJY 753/55 is okay and it has been doing the same time every day. However, the running time to VJA (150 km) should be reduced by 5 minutes, as it has been arriving at 950 for the past 6 months.
