& thn we blame about congestion..cz it get created..the train whch as of nw would hav zoomed in Double Track Section, still is stuck in Single Track..getting disturbed & hence disturbing..

my logic is simple.. special train is treated like freight and looped like freight.. a freight can not disturb any other trains because as soon as any train comes within range of freight then freight is looped and the regular train will overtake it..
all these are valid for any freight also... now consider that there are many freights running in any section along with express trains .. Do you think that addition of 1 extra freight affect any regular express train on a significant basis ..

12331 HIMGIRI ws also halted at SKN to cross a goods train coming from front.We got 3 Hrs delayed inSKN LKO stretch,but reach Jat 2:20 hrs late.The absolute muscle power of GZB WAP-7 30251.

I also had very simply logic only: The looped train will keep other train looped @ other station for X-O/OT by a train..if that loop would hav been free, that particular train/freight would hav got looped over there!!
Loop sequence..on single track, forward loop been parked by sme train keep train to await clearance till OT/XO hppns..n smetimes the other train has to face OT/X-O whch would havnt hppnd if the nest to next station start Double Gauge!!
