Not necessarily true, such feats of speed are also possible in WCR & WR.
Infact I have such an experience dating back 6-7 years on the Grand Chord on board the NDLS-SDAH Duronto. It did KQR-DHN in 1 hrs 7-8 mins with a PSR slowdown at GMO.

Even in LHB days there were 2 pantries. Sealdah Duronto had two pantries till last year. In the first Rajdhani a Lounge car was there. At that time Rajdhani was not just a train. Its hospitality was like the type of some royal cruise. My grandfather told me how was the service in Rajdhani when it was first introduced.
