This tip is for people who have miss the Bhubaneswar-Bangriposi intercity express from Bhubaneswar and have to travel to Bhadrak , Balasore , Baripada.
Straightway go to Baramunda bus stand, and you will get buses to these areas till 10-11pm.
Last intercity type of bus to Balasore is at 6pm which is of "Sitaram" travels, and for direct journey to Baripada via Balasore is at 5:30pm which is of "Kalpana" travels.

For those who wants to go to the area of vani vihar, Rasulgarh square, forum esplanade malls with 8 screen multiplex and jharpada better get down at vani vihar ph station for local commuters and for those who wants to go to the area of pokhariput, sunderpada, and palashpalli, biju patnaik international airport better get down at lingaraj temple road ph station.
If you are going to PURI Come out of the station (PF1 Exit ) and You can see many buses to PURI , AC bus also available.If you are going to Konark then Take a bus/Pvt. van from station to baramunda Bus stand ,from there you can get Pvt. Bus to Konark which will cost you 50Rs. From Konark to Puri Pvt. Van/bus are available for 30Rs. Frequency of bus/van is better In Konark -- Puri Route than that of Bbs Konark route.
One more option is:
Come out from Platform 6 side (Kalpana chowk side) and go to Main road i.e. Cuttack-Puri road which is hardly 100m straight away from station premises. From there also you can get direct buses to Puri.

Does Bhubaneswar station have any facilities for the old aged people to go to any platform ?

Actually my grandparents are coming to vijayawada by prashanti express so this train is starting from PF 4 , my grandmother can't walk steps,so there is any way for her to reach pf 4 by the facilities given there ?
