Despite the economic prosperity of Rampurhat, it is still not receiving stoppages for trains such as the Darjeeling Mail, Shatabdi, and Vande Bharat Express. Eastern Railway got 158 coaches from MCF, 6 coaches from RCF for normal trains from January 2024 till today . All coaches are of each class like Sleeper , 3AC, 2AC, 1AC, 3E etc.
Hence this year we might see huge LHBfication of ER trains
