Production in Anara Sleeper Factory is drastically increased from last six months due to heavy track upgradation work and ongoing doubling projects over Adra division more cranes have been inducted and a Sleeper Assembly Unit has also been setup between line no. 6 Down and Community Hall of Anara. After all Adra Division is progressing slowly.

Work of Anara Coach Maintenance Workshop is progressing the workshop will be behind Anara Steam Loco Shed. The track alignment for the workshop has been marked with white powder on ground and earthwork for buildings and other required elements is going on with heavy construction machines. Hope!!! this workshop should be complete in 2024 end.

If anyone has more updates regarding Anara Coach Maintenance Workshop please share with us.

Today at 17:12 hrs. 03597 Ranchi-Asansol MEMU was received on Main line of Kustaur (KSU) non platform line, still not clear about the reason. If anyone has information please share with us.

Today evening trains get delayed in Purulia - Anara Section :-
Train no.

03597 Ranchi - Asansol MEMU Passenger got delayed almost 3 hours.

Barabhum - Adra MEMU Passenger got delayed almost 1 hour 40 minutes.

13302 Dhanbad - Tatanagar Swarnrekha Express got delayed almost 1 hour.

Reason:- Back to back BOXN frieght movement towards Anara before these passenger trains. 03597 was delayed by 2 hours from Muri Section onwards and faced overtake of 12802 and 18020 at Barbenda.

But I am upset with the operations of Adra Division they are not even thinking about a person who can have a connecting train at Adra . Today I also missed my connecting train 18023 KGP - GMO Express.
