The All India Loco Running Staff Association believes that their majority win in the elections will be crucial in determining the outcome of the director election. A 'Change Panel' has been formed with the aim of removing retired individuals holding director positions.

All India Loco Running Staff Association ke zonal Sachin SP Singh ke anusar, Alarsa ko chunaav mein zyada seat mili hai, jo director ke chunaav mein nirnayaka hoga. Isse Urban Bank director chunaav ke liye parivartan panel ka gathan hua hai. Kai union ekjut hokar retirement ke baad bhi director pad par kabja karne walon ko hataayenge.
