Additionally, NVCC expressed concerns about train delays, particularly the Vidarbha Express, and the inconvenience caused by the Vande Bharat train's parking location. They also requested more train stoppages on the Katol-Narkhed route. In response, DRM Agarwal acknowledged the concerns and informed the Chamber about the upcoming opening of the basement parking on the Ganesh Tekdi side, which is expected to alleviate parking issues. He also explained the reasons behind train delays and promised to consider the request for reinstating train stoppages on the Katol-Narkhed route. Agarwal further encouraged passengers to use the “Rail Madad” portal to report issues they encounter during their journey or at stations.

Unhone escalators ke issues, elderly passengers ke liye facilities, aur students aur senior citizens ke liye pre-COVID concessions ke baare mein bhi baat ki. Chamber ne train delays, especially Vidarbha Express, aur Vande Bharat train ke parking location ki wajah se inconvenience ke baare mein bhi concern dikhaaya. Unhone Katol-Narkhed route pe zyada train stoppages ka bhi maang kiya. Response mein DRM Agarwal ne Chamber ke concerns ko maana aur unhe basement parking ke soon opening ke baare mein bataya jo Ganesh Tekdi side pe hai aur parking issues ko kam karega. Unhone train delays ke peeche ki wajah batayi aur Katol-Narkhed route pe train stoppages ke maang par bhi vichar karne ka vaada kiya. Agarwal ne passengers ko “Rail Madad” portal ka use karne ke liye kaha jisse woh apne journey ke during ya station pe koi bhi issue report kar sake.
