yeh Paralakhemundi mein aane wala PLR-based Rail Museum ko attract karega. Original PLR ek narrow-gauge railway line tha jo 1898-99 mein Paralakhemundi ke Maharaja Goura Chandra Gajapati Narayana Deb ne banwaya tha. Yeh Naupada aur Paralakhemundi ke beech 40 km tak chalta tha aur baad mein uske bete, Maharaja Krushna Chandra Gajapati ne isko Gunupur tak (51 km) extend kiya tha. PLR ko 1964 mein band kar diya gaya tha. Saath original locomotives abhi bhi hain, India ke alag-alag jagah par. INTACH Odisha demand kar raha hai ki original PLR locomotives ko Paralakhemundi wapas laya jaaye aur heritage railway station mein display kiya jaaye.
