N. F. Railway prompt assistance offered to stranded passengers

Due to Cyclone Remal, heavy rainfall in Dima Hasao district of Assam disrupted train services on the Northeast Frontier Railway (N.F. Railway). and New Harangajao recorded 217mm between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Strong winds also caused trees to fall on tracks. To assist stranded passengers, N.F. Railway provided drinking water and food at Lumding and Guwahati stations. Train 12519 (Lokmanya Tilak Terminus to Agartala) was brought back to Lumding and passengers were served dinner. Upon arrival in Guwahati at 11:30 PM, passengers were accommodated in the first-class waiting hall on platform 1. Similarly, train 13175 (Sealdah to Silchar) was brought back to Lumding, passengers were served tea and snacks, and then the train arrived in Guwahati at 1:25 AM, with passengers accommodated in the first-class waiting hall on platform 1. Railway officials, RPF personnel, and civil administration staff assisted passengers in reaching their destinations. Passengers appreciated N.F. Railway's assistance during the natural calamity. N.F. Railway is working on disaster management in the Northeast region, providing assistance to hilly regions in collaboration with the state government, and making efforts to resume train operations as the situation improves.

Tez hawa ke wajah se bhi kai jagah pe trees railway track par gir gaye hain. Phanse hue passengers ki madad ke liye, N.F. Railway ne Lumding aur Guwahati stations pe peene ka pani aur khana provide kiya. Train 12519 (Lokmanya Tilak Terminus se Agartala jaane wali) ko Lumding station pe vapas laya gaya aur passengers ko dinner diya gaya. Raat 11:30 baje Guwahati pahunchne par, passengers ko platform 1 ke first-class waiting hall mein rakha gaya. Issi tarah, train 13175 (Sealdah se Silchar jaane wali) ko Lumding station pe vapas laya gaya, passengers ko chai aur snacks diya gaya, aur fir train raat 1:25 baje Guwahati pahunchi, jahan passengers ko platform 1 ke first-class waiting hall mein rakha gaya. Railway officials, RPF personnel, aur civil administration ke staff ne passengers ko unke destination tak pahunchane mein madad ki. Passengers ne is prakritik aapda ke dauraan N.F. Railway ki madad aur sahayata ki tarif ki. N.F. Railway, Northeast region mein disaster management ke kaam kar raha hai, hilly regions mein state government ke saath milkar madad de raha hai, aur situation thik hone par train services ko vapas shuru karne ke liye pura prayas kar raha hai.
