The 3.34 km underground section is the last part of phase 1, connecting Civil Court and Swargate. A successful trial run on this stretch was conducted in February 2024. The Pune Metro has two corridors: line 1 (north-south, purple line) and line 2 (east-west, aqua line), totalling 33.2 km with 30 stations. Currently, 29.86 km is operational, and ridership has exceeded 70,000 passengers per day. The fare ranges from ₹10 to ₹35 on the Vanaz to Ramwadi corridor and ₹10 to ₹30 on the PCMC to Civil Court stretch.
