Too much busy station in India and NR zone struggling because of less number of platform. Due to less number of platforms people sleep outside the station on road or footpath. Not good. DRM is not taking this in consideration. Try to increase the number of platform at least two more
Yes,they are preparing 2 more platforms for now only as per some media reports.
