Another good thing is Mangalore Central-New pit line ( 24 coach) in lieu of existing 18 coach pit line) by March 2022. Heard from few people that work is in progress and it might get completed much earlier than time.
This will help MAQ to handle more trains since majority of trains are currently with 20+ coaches and one pit line with lesser coach handling capacity is a constraint
