Boss, it is big business houses/PSUs that are benefiting -- consequently their employees as well as railways. Since most tracks are empty, goods is getting almost full clear lines to run uninterrupted resulting in greater speeds. While it is still pandemic period, all those who want to be careless are crying foul -- they want to travel in the cheapest and fastest mode of transport while risking not just their own lives, but a lot of other people's lives whom they know or don't know (or ever would want to know). And somehow, print media seems inclined to promote these people's woes rather than print about covid 19. They should at least put in a mention in their reports, something similar to what Bachchanji says when you call someone on phone.
