There is a mistake here. Doubling is under progress in Pune - Miraj section. Even there were targets for current financial year 2018 - 19 viz.,
⏺️Pune - Phursungi➡️16.51 km➡️ February 2019
⏺️Bhavani Nagar - Takari➡️5.42 km➡️ February 2019
I don't know what is the status of doubling in above sections. Mostly it might be as "Kolhapur - Miraj doubling not yet sanctioned"....

Kolhapur - Miraj - Pune electrification will be completing soon and some part of doubling between Miraj & Karad will be commissioned.
Kolhapur - Miraj is small stretch which will be doubled later, as of now priority is Pune - Miraj - Londha section.
