I think.. majority of theft in premium trains are done by railway staff only ! i mean who would steal a Toonti .. in Trains like Tejas Rajdhani and Shatabdi !
IR 18 and IR 20 will be premiums.. i think they should give all the maintenance to private firms.. who can be then held liable for .. thefts !

exactly ! i have seen many unauthorized people entering coaches . . picking unclaimed objects .. from the trains .. when a Shatabdi or Rajdhani ... enters NDLS ! even.. many coolies do that !
