Agree, but BPL Div is already preparing for the future 4th line b/w Bina-Itarsi (if sanctioned, which is more likely to be in few years).
I am also shocked that why BPL-HBJ is not in the commisioning target cz RVNL personal told me that they are planning to open Bhopal-Barkhera Section for traffic by Jan' 19, even the work is also going at very good pace almost 60% tracks are laid.

Habibganj Barkheda and Bhopal Habibganj section no commissioning in 2018-19 .Strange.
Habibganj -Bina line was sanctioned in 2008-09 .Still it is not completed

rather then going for entire section of Bhopal and Itarsi for 4th line .It is better to build 4th line between Sukhi sewania and Misrod and Hoshangabad and Itarsi.we can save lot of money.As congestion is maximum in that section only.
Similarily 4th line between Agasod and Kurwai Kethora is enough .

Yes but whole route will get quadrupled, NDLS-MTJ is almost complete and operational, JHS-BINA 4th line got sanctioned this year, MTJ-JHS work also started for 3rd line. In short full NDLS-MAS route is going to be quadruple, maybe will also act as DFC.
Fate of 4th line depends a lot on the proposed Delhi-Chennai DFC.
