Mr Prabhu has been giving assurance of long term improvement and growth with the kind of investments he is making. It is appreciable on his part that he is showing concerns about securing the future of Railways. However, there are wide range of issues that required(/s) urgent attention and action. Instead of finding short term, urgent solutions for the same, he has taken long routes which has increased the time passengers have to suffer. Construction of DFC to solve the crisis of NCR is one such example. Wish he balanced both present and past in equal manner.

Construction of Both DFCs are progressing at fast pace since last 2 years.
All passenger trains shall gradually be replaced by quicker MEMU/ DEMU
Using Loco power for train (more HP every T of trailing load) for faster acceleration is also under consideration
