"Lakhon logo" are working somewhere paying taxes or have paid or served the country
but 'MPs' are the 'Managers of Nation' and they are setting example for country and youth. They are making policies, they are role models for many and IF THEY MISBEHAVE IN PUBLIC GLARE SUCH THAT national issues take backseat and national WEALTH is wasted....

chill!!
his main point was to start the action from people's representatives, it would have made the move more palatable and easier for them to digest when the representatives and their entourage are also made to pay for travel.
and besides, there was no harm in it. His was a single example, but there are many such examples of potential revenue loss in IR like rampanant ticketless traveling in certain sections, giving unnecessary halts to trains (the main cost of operating train is due to the high energy required in its acceleration, once

in motion it runs with very less energy requirement), myriad quotas which result in people seeing WL tickets and choosing some other form of transport despite there being seats available etc. One doesn't complain to Municipality about less water in home when the pipes in his household are having massive leaks in it!

Vibrant Democracy??? :) :) :)
Disruption, difference all are part of democracy. We are not living in China that in 1hr one thousand bill could be passed without having a single voice of dissent. Being a the largest and most vibrant Democracy of this world has it's own pros & cons.Second, their is a wide misconception that only the middle class population of this country are paying taxes. This is a myth nothing else. Every citizen of India pays tax including any MLA or MP, they pay indirect taxes. Even when you buy a match box you pay a tax to the government so saying this that our elected representatives pay nothing to this country is not right. Being anti establishment is good but "Sab choor hai" mentality isn't good.
