Roadways should work for this. No need of railways i guess, they will do lot of deforestation.
Future more pilgrims expected so its good only.
All pligrim places like shiridi,tirupati,sabari,Varanasi local temple trust boards should come forward n invest money in rail projects, new pvt stns owned by trust .
IR can do there job running trains ,staff etc just like airport basis gmr type.
