This project, long advocated for by Mahavir Dalmiya, President of the Daily Rail Passenger and Public Welfare Association and Member of the Railway Consumer Advisory Committee Bikaner, will significantly benefit rail passengers in the region. The doubling of the 31.50 km rail line between Manheru and Bawani Khera, costing approximately ₹400 crore, and the 42.30 km line between Bhiwani and Dobh-Bhali, costing ₹470 crore, will reduce delays and improve travel for the public. Dalmiya expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, and Bhiwani-Mahendragarh Lok Sabha MP Dharmbir Singh for their support.

Rail Passenger and Public Welfare Association ke president aur Railway Consumer Advisory Committee Bikaner ke member Mahavir Dalmiya ne yeh project bahut samay se maanga tha, aur isse is area ke rail passengers ko bahut fayda hoga. Manheru aur Bawani Khera ke beech 31.50 km rail line ka doubling, jo lagbhag ₹400 crore ka hai, aur Bhiwani aur Dobh-Bhali ke beech 42.30 km line, jo ₹470 crore ka hai, yeh dono project train ki der se aane ki problem ko kam karenge aur aam logon ki travel ko aasaan banaayenge. Dalmiya ne Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, aur Bhiwani-Mahendragarh Lok Sabha MP Dharmbir Singh ka dhanvad kiya.
