(1) Jammu Raj is a highly patronised full length (20 LHB coacher) train, so addl stop shall only slow it down.
(2) NDLS-JAT Raj shall arrive JRC at around 2:00 am and reach JAT at 5:45 am. The timing is not convenient
(3) JAT-NDLS Raj shall depart JRC at around 23:30 and reach NDLS at 5:00am.
(4) Just 365kms from Delhi,...
more... Jalandhar need Shatabdi or fast intercity or slow overnight express connectivity
(5) Jammu Raj does 577km NDLS-JAT journey in about 9 hrs. After speed increment from 110kmph to 130kmph, the timing shall come down to below 8:30 hrs. The NDLS-JRC shall be covered in only 4 hrs and JRC stoppage shall become even more irrelevant.
(6) Hence JRC stop is not good for Jammu Raj.

* DFC single line is under construction form Delhi-Ludhiana, and NDLS-LDH-JUC-ASR is also planned fro speed upgradation to 160kmph in future. Jammu bound trains can also do 160kmph from Delhi till JUC in future!

After 130kmph, Raj should be
* 12425 Raj NDLS-22:00 LDH(313)-01:40-01:50 PTKC(165/478)-4:10-4:15 KTHU(23/501)-4:40-4:42 JAT(76/577) 5:50-6:00 UHP(53/629) 7:00-7:05 SVDK(655)- 7:45
* 12426 Raj SVDK-20:05 UHP(20:30-20:35) JAT(21:30-21:40) KTHU(22:48-22:50) PTKC-23:15-23:20) LDH (1:40-1:50) NDLS-6:00
* Stoppage at LDH is inconveniently timed for paxs, about 15 minutes can be saved if LDH stop is not there.
