I think vskp kcg will run not cancelled as of now, revised cancellation notice not avbl as of now. There is lack of political representation from public representatives / passenger associations( in andhra region very less I think). They have different logic to run tod specials 1.3 fare. Unverified update is scr doesn't have proper staff to run all trains because of the worst recruitment policy adopted by railways. So managing staff here and then by cancelling trains.
