Some 60-70 passengers coming from NDLS (mostly daily passengers and a few reserved travelers) de-board from S5 and an equal amount of people board into S5. And all of this has to happen in the stoppage of 2 minutes only.
So the tip here is, be as quick as you can, S5 will be slightly to the right after entering from the exit gate. Coach position indicators mention it correctly. Better board S4 or S6...

yes agree.. as those 120 seconds passes quickly while adjusting or boarding
Sleeper Coaches are pretty Old and charging outlets are available only near the doors. Some of them dont even work.
Those who want to start from NDLS on right time every day in this FOG / WINTER season; this is the best train towards PNBE
expected arrival at PNBE is not applicable for any train at PNBE these days ;)
and I'm suggesting to those people who don't want to wait at NDLS till morning hours to catch their train :)

There are still few intelligent people, who board their train at 04:00 am in the morning at NDLS and reach PNBE at 03:00 am :)

Yes this is best train from NDLS towards Patna in winter and Shramjervi is best from PNBE towards NDLS...As there is very less chance of reschedule chances in their respective station.
Mera bhi yahi manna hai ki pf par wait karne se accha train Ke ander raho chahe won slow hi kyun na ho ??!

NR aajkal shramjeevi ko troll karts hai.ye bhi NCR banta ja raha hai
Aisa kuch nahi hai sir ,, pehle aap rajgir to mgs ka run dekhiye iska ,, jab apna khud ka zone 4-5trains se OT karwa deta hai including express trains nd 2hr tak delay kar deta hai To dusre zone pe isko delay karawne ka blame dalne ka koi fayda nahi ,, pehle ECR khud kuch priority de isko

Always prefer to travel in this train between NDLS and PNBE.
Becoz - Its pantry car has sufficient food items for the whole next day journey :)

yes, and this applies to 12401 as well.
I've personal experience of this.
It takes almost 24 hours, but you will get pantry service everytime, till next day night also.
