Food is provided from pantry car. It gets delayed by 20-30 minutes on reaching Kacheguda.
Has limited stops. One of the cheapest way to travel from Delhi to Hyderabad.
Coaches are well maintained.

always book from nzm till kcg and not till sc ..different quotas apply..pooled quota for nzm - sc leg ( very less seats) and general quota for nzm - kcg leg( obviously huge quota )...
This is very useful tip since huge difference between SC and KCG.
Other experts helped me to get tickets from MGS to SC while the BSB SC was shown as waiting list for Patne SC express!

It is no more relevant as the SC stop has been removed....now it directly sotps at KCG without touching SC..
