Why most of the time Express/ SF/ Passenger trains from SDAH/ KOAA are allotted with ASN WAG locos where there are plenty of WAP's available at HWH?

Some captures from yesterday's RailFanning session. Bhavesh, Saptarshi and myself went to Chanchai, Gangpur and then BWN.
Picture 1 :- Though the incident happened while returning still placed the picture first as it is a very unique and rare incident. Our BWN HWH Chord Local Overtaking GZB P7 30244 led 12304 Poorva. Poorva was on Mid Reverse and it was full of TSRs so we could overtake it.
