There are some zones that run pooja special/mela special trains to ease commute of travelers on Navratri, and then there are some blood sucking zones who earn revenue to run VB at other important places, but instead of running special trains cancel even the regular trains to trouble the pilgrims, on the occasion of Navratri. May Goddess teach a lesson for the lifetime to such insensitive troublemaking rail admin officers...

Another VB in offing for Raipur... This one being pursued by CM himself.
It's quite crucial for Regional Connectivity no doubt. But I'm somewhat apprehensive about it's occupancy, although sparsely connected places have indeed proven themselves like Hazaribagh specially so hoping for the best.
This train would enable the people of this region to gain further connections to other places. Even it would provide connection to Secunderabad through Visakhapatnam.
Should be definitely tried.

While VBs are possible to vskp and bbs from R, how would be the response received by them?
In the morning time no Intercity is there from Raipur towards Titlagarh/Vzm ( except Samta Exp in which occupancy is average. so it would get good patronage. however, as all the stations are small towns/hamlets including Titlagarh, getting full 8C AC Chair car occupancy would take some time ( may be 2-3 years to settle). Here also like Jbp - Raipur route, running an Intercity/JS would have been a better choice.
