Even HYD has huge land rates where metro laid. L&T did great work by coordinating every thing. When Banglore metro opened to traffic , Hyd metro is zero. Now crossed it and it may go much further by next march. Its all about good governance and schedules.

But Hyderabad still not challenging like bengaluru the population density growth of bengaluru is way too fast than Hyderabad so it's difficult to maintain its challenges and lot of factors come across and land property rates of Hyderabad is not that much costly like bengaluru still Hyderabad need time to meet those things I hope Hyderabad will be not going to suffer like bengaluru as it have time to plan well before it get congested

Might be, but those kind of factors applicable for Hyd also. Even Hyd has more complex issues also. Every city has their own issues, but finally who is progressing is what matters.
