Please write a mail to posrefund@irctc.co.in mentioning all the details viz. PNR. No.,Date of Booking and Date of Journey, Counter from where tickets have been booked and Cancelled, Bank name and the Last four Digits of the Card number which was used for booking and RRN. NO. Of the transaction. You will get a reply within 2 days form the Concerned Department. You may also call Customer Service Desk who are entrusted for dealing these cases. The Telephone number is 011-2334-4787. Please keep PNR No. Card No and RRN No. handy while calling CSD. Note please keep a copy of ticket with you before cancelling it so you can have the RRN. NO along with you always as it is not mentioned on the Cancellation Ticket. |
