Next morning... I woke up when the train was starting from Thrissur running 10 mins late at 7:05 am. Amazing... TT is so much relaxed that this slow Garib Rath maintained the schedule. It was chugging through beautiful morning mist and sun kissing the day. The slow chugging alco was losing on time and we reached Aluva more then 20 mins late at 08:05 am. Many passengers alighted here. At 08:20 am we were entering into Ernakulam Town. I saw many passengers alighting here. TIll then I had no idea it will not go through Ernakulam Jn. I curiously asked the coach attendant if it will go to ERS na. He told it will take the diversion and won't go to ERS. Hearing this I rushed to my berth, got my baggage and ran out of the train. Seeing that I have ample time to check-in to my hotel room... I decided to do some railfanning. The Garib Rath halted for a longer time then allowed. Soon Chennai Allepey Express arrived with Itarasi WAP4... a surprise catch for me in a strange city. As the sun started rising high, I started feeling discomfort due to hotness developing in the weather. I decided to leave for my hotel room near Jose Junction, MG Road.
