On the Harbor Line, the block between CSMT and Chunabhatti/Vandre will be in effect from 11:10 AM to 4:10 PM, leading to the cancellation of local trains between CSMT and Vasai/Belapur/Panvel. Special local trains will operate between CSMT and Kurla. Passengers can use Central Railway's main lines and Western Railway between 10 AM and 6 PM. On the Western Railway, the block on the fast track between Santacruz and Goregaon will be from 10 AM to 3 PM. Locals will be diverted to the slow track and some will be canceled.
