PUREPUR KOLHAPUR! (Full-on Kolhapur!)

trains are berthed on these two platforms then the length is inadequate, the coaches extend far beyond the platform length making if tough for passengers to get down.

A very good location for rail-fanning, there were no RPFs at all and the station staff was very friendly. Most of them including the pointsman, khalasis used to look at me with curiosity and a couple of them even asked me whether I was from the PRESS and working for which paper and why I am taking these pictures etc. I responded them by saying "Its my hobby, my passion..."
