This prospect if harnessed by NCR could be great.
Regarding connectivity to KSJ, KSJ-CNB Express with 3 SL or preferably 1 3A coach could be extended to ALD with extra rake, no need of giving halt to KOAA-AGC, better would be a daily service not a weekly.

Ksj cnb exp has RSA with CNB KSJ PASS due to which probably it doesn't have 2S or CC.

Yes a connecting is definitely needed, whenever boarding Nauchandi or Haridwar Express, each time I find plenty of passengers to Kasganj and Budaun.
So when Budaun is unaccessable trains to that side, a connection to KSJ or Bareilly via KSJ may do.
Earlier running Allahabad Farukkhabad Passenger was also cancelled to a MEMU upto CNB. People are compelled to switch trains from CPA.
