After chart is prepared we could see clear pic, of how many booked from each station. All your data shown are prior to chart prepartion. In current availabilty, quota doesn't play any role, we can know exsctly how many booked between 2 station

Bhai; Gadag, Bagalkot, Bijapur ko total 17 seats ka hi quota diya hai.....90% quota is reserved for Solapur......so it is obvious that Gadag - SUR will show a lot of seats available after chart preparation....you cannot judge the demand by providing a mere 17 seat quota....

I and my family want to travel from Mumbai to Gadag and we all are total 9 members and wonder is Mumbai to Gadag only have 8 seats under SL to reserve so now you say how demand is their ? Our family itself 9 ppl but still Bijapur Bagalkot might have some ppl to travel so this shows 8 seats not enough to region ahead SUR in this train from Mumbai.Demand is always their so once it get good quota it will be very useful train.

So as usual we going to take Bus or private rent vehicle to Gadag from Mumbai as no convenient trains we have direct to gadag and also lot of luggage with us by which we cant do chain train journey upto Gadag from Solapur or Even by nearer Hubli jn. I was happy that I can travel in this train but bad luck better will try next time when I going back Mumbai I will try journey.
