I want to clarify one thing clearly I am not against Electrification of routes I am just saying the way which is mostly adopted by the IR and Contractors like RVNL in Doubling and Electrification process. When IR knows the route going to get Doubled and it already doubling sanctioned then at such routes Electrification can be made after complete doubling if single line routes with no scope of doubling in near future then such routes can be Electrified as Doubling process not at all come into picture their so only RE they do for Single line routes..so for this purpose only IR made statement about Electrifying all routes of IR in that All routes are not Double line routes na single line routes also come so such places priority wise Electrification is going on but for the Trunk routes and HDN or Port connectivity routes like Vasco Chennai they...

don't do Such mixup works They know doubling is sure required so they waiting to complete double line and start RE works. We can see GTL HPT doubled decade back so now it's RE work started but HPT UBL almost doubled only left small patches of single line and line joining at some stations. I even read one document about this doubling during doubling they consider this route will be Electrified just assumption they took so as per that Signal heights and S&T works have some changes for Electrification of routes so RVNL prior made provisions during doubling that in future if this routs get RE sanction so it should be easy to implement RE without changing Signaling systems interlocks etc etc..Which already suitable for Electrification process.

These days, every other day, we are getting requests from members to allow email login to their FB-based IRI account. 10 years ago, we had given the option for users to login through FaceBook - in retrospect, this was a mistake. These days, apparently, users are quitting FaceBook in droves because...
