As you said , it was once in a while but if you see Kochuveli train , it's always dirty . Atleast that ERS SBC is good ,. Most of the GR coaches in YPR KCVL has a brown tint which naturally makes visibility less

I think when Trains are given LHB in SR , it's a sign of pessimism rather than optimism. Yes , even pandian got LHB , it had to encounter court cases. Now before any more trains get LHB in SR , the staff should be trained , especially in CBE MDU TEN yards. Cheran and Pandian which were maintained perfectly even with older ICF coaches are struggling now with new LHB coaches. And often , LHB coaches sent to south zones , especially SR and more specifically TN , i feel are dumped from north. Because we depended on RCF only to get LHB and they never gave it to us brand-new. Hope it becomes better in future with ICF also shifting to full-fledged LHB production.

Icf needs more maintenance than lhb because of its under sg features ,so the staff people working under maintenance yard leave those lhb set rakes behind as it is.... And we need more persons with good technical knowledge to handle lhb eog in maintenance yard ,cbc coupling of lhb with hog ,because only few trains are operated under hog than eog here

The thing is Icf started its fully fledged lhb production ,recently saw 10 ur compartments given to SR , hope the yards will also improve the lhb handling methods
