Yes, and it's wonder that why members of IRI praising that article? Forgot about mentioning they clearly told that they will make birthday and do celebration only for those trains which are CR marked.

All Rajdhani trains originate from national capital. So they are forced for same else I am 100% sure that they will not demand any other train to Delhi which can run in CR itself also.
