* Yes trains originating from JP can be extended to Alwar, if the trains originating from Delhi are not able to fulfill the traffic demands of Alwar.
* There are many trains passing through Alwar, which are originating from Delhi or other cities and bound for ADI. But trains originating from Delhi/North India and bound for Mumbai and south are not passing through Alwar, as they go via Kota Route.
* Some of the trains originating from JP & bound for Mumbai & South may be extended to Alwar. Had Alwar

been a thriving city of 10 lacs+, it would have happened.
* Alwar may be no.2 revenue earning station, but it is a distant second. That is why IR is not starting long distance trains from Alwar.
* However, future is good for Alwar, as doubling & electrification of Delhi-ADI route is in progress and western DFC is running parallel to it, it will also become fast route. In future new south bound trains originating from Delhi may go via Alwar-JP-ADI route as importance of ADI and JP cannot be undermined in future.
* Since it is more in the influence of Delhi ans is part of NCR, accordingly Rapid Rail Transport Delhi-Alwar is being planned.

These days, every other day, we are getting requests from members to allow email login to their FB-based IRI account. 10 years ago, we had given the option for users to login through FaceBook - in retrospect, this was a mistake. These days, apparently, users are quitting FaceBook in droves because...
