It will.. only after path clearance from SECR.
SECR already freight ka reason de Raha hai mahino se.. kitna dega.. ek na ek din uska yeah bahana kaam nhi karega.. last mein train to Dena hi padega.. we just need to wait patiently. S.E.R is very interested in running this train & S.E.R knows the value of Mumbai Trains.
