Existing Udaipur-Ratmal-Bandra Terminus triweekly operate on longer route i.e. 945kms where as the demanded new train Udaipur-Ahmedabad-BDTS shall be a shorter route i.e. 780kms only which may take only 13 hrs against 16 hrs.

** Punctuality of Mail Express trains in SECR zone is at an all time low around just 40%
** Trains are getting late by 2-3 hrs on Nagpur-Howrah route dur to large number of freight trains on the route which are nw being given a higher priority.
** SF trains follow slow moving freight trains through substantial part of their journey and getting late
